Wilmington Housing Authority

Section 32 Home Ownership Program: Offers classes and counseling in a one-on-one setting on credit repair, budgeting, financial literacy, home buying, and minor home repair / maintenance.

New Castle County

Architectural Accessibility Program: Grant program to enhance the ability of a qualified household member to safely function in their home and enter and exit the home safely.

Emergency Home Repair Loan Program: 0% mortgage loan program providing assistance to eligible homeowners faced with a condition determined to be dangerous to the life, health, property, and safety of the occupants of the home.

Homeowner Rehabilitation Direct Loan Program: Affordable home repair program to enable qualified homeowners to have repairs and improvements necessary to free their homes of health and safety hazards.

Minor Home Repair Program: Grant program designed to assist eligible homeowners who need small repairs to their homes.

Senior Home Loan Repair Program: Deferred 0% interest loan program to provide assistance to eligible homeowners who need more extensive repairs to their homes than the Senior Minor Home Repair Grant Program provides.

Delaware State Housing Authority/Milford Housing Development Corporation:

Statewide Emergency Repair Program: Provides qualified emergency home repairs to qualified homeowners to address emergency conditions threatening human safety.

Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environment Control (DNREC)

Weatherization Assistance Program: Reduces energy costs (and increases comfort) for low-income households by increasing the energy efficiency of their homes.

Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County

Home Repair: Provides homeowners who live in low-income housing and struggle to maintain the exterior of their homes with the support they need to do so.
