For a community environment, Collaborate Northeast will advance private residential rehabilitation & renovation and public green stormwater infrastructure investments, especially in the area between Brown-Burton Winchester Park and the Brandywine River, as well as advance other development opportunities that respond to the priorities identified by the community.
